There is a search box that you can use if looking for a specific fault. For example if you have an error code or error message, use that to perform a search. You can also use your browsers search feature which will perform a search against the whole page based on the words you enter. Add "sppsvc. If the string value is not present, create it.
Microsoft Windows Server This has been fixed in Windows 10 Creators Update but there is no mention of a fix for Windows Server This will be fixed in XenApp and XenDesktop 7.
Alternatively a private fix "LC" is available from Citrix support. This is a known issue and is currently being investigated. When the VDA is Windows or later, an additional step is required in order to correct the cipher suite list. Microsoft and Citrix have both released patches to combat this issue.
There is also a patch available for XenApp and XenDesktop 7. Resetting the profile fixes the issue. I have the start menu issue too. A reboot seems to fix it temporarily but after a few days it comes back again where clicking on the start menu does not do anything however right clicking on it works fine and I can still access stuff on the desktop.

As a guider, a StoreFront server could handle 30, user connections per hour, enumerating published applications and starting one of them.
It depends on the underlying hardware, but Citrix achieved up to 30k connections per hour with each connection enumerating published applications and launching one. Any one managed to fix the issue with StartMenu not responding for random users?? We recently migrated from UPM to fslogix and start menu issue has been resurfaced.
I see lot of articles around the same issue but no solution seem to work with fslogix. Currently startmenu has been redirected to a network share for the customer and my plan is to remove the redirection and test out the issue but as the issue is random, its hard to troubleshoot.

Parts of the screen is blacked out on published applications or desktops launched from a Server VDA. When launching a seamless published application hosted on Windows Server , Receiver displays a black screen covering the monitor for several seconds before launching the application.
